If your pet seems lethargic for more than 24 hours after surgery, that is not normal so please text or call us. If ALL Post-Op instructions are followed in FULL, PAAC will treat at our clinic, at minimal cost, post-op complications resulting directly from the surgery. We will not be responsible for post-operative care provided without contacting our Spay/Neuter Clinic or performed at another veterinary clinic.
You can come to our TLC Clinic for any illnesses that are not a direct result of surgery, such as contagious diseases, if your pet was not previously properly vaccinated. Please text us as soon as you see cause for concern. Complications can worsen quickly if they are not addressed immediately. Call/text the surgery line at 361-800-2348. Please refer to the post-operative instructions for more information about after surgery care and things to look for on your pet.
NEVER GIVE YOUR PET OVER THE COUNTER OR PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS. DO NOT APPLY TOPICALS OR COVER THE INCISION AS IT CAN CAUSE THE INCISION TO OPEN OR WORSEN INFECTION.
