How is PAAC involved?
PAAC is honored to be the sole organization in South Texas participating in the Pets for Life mentorship program through Humane World for Animals (formerly the Humane Society of the United States). Our proactive door to door outreach efforts focus in areas of Corpus Christi where 40% of the residents live below the poverty line or underserved communities.
What is the goal of Pets For Life?
Our goal is to maintain a trusting ongoing relationship with people. We are building long term relationships based upon inclusivity, diversity, understanding, non-judgement and a focus on the human-animal bond.
