Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is the only humane and effective approach to community cats, or unowned cats who live outdoors.
Public TNR
These are cats that are under our FREE TNR spay/neuter program and have a caretaker. They are exempt from some city ordinances after they are approved caretakers. They MUST bring cats in separate boxes, carriers, traps, etc.

What’s TNR?
It’s a simple process: community cats are humanely trapped, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, ear tipped (so everyone knows they’ve been fixed!), and then returned to their outdoor homes where they thrive.
